Home-roasted fragrant "Hojiko" can be easily enjoyed by using a tea strainer to enjoy delicious Hojicha.

In addition, you can easily use it as a tea bag by putting an appropriate amount in a commercially available tea bag.

●In the case of hot water
[Make with a pot]
Put the tea bag in the pot and pour hot water. Take out the tea bag and drink at your favorite strength. (For 1 liter of water, use 1-2 bags as a guide. Adjust according to your taste.)

[Make with a teapot]
Put one tea bag in the teapot and pour hot water in the pot. When it reaches your desired concentration, pour it into a cup and drink it.

●In the case of cold water
Place the tea bag in a pot of cold water. (Aim for 1 to 2 bags per 1 liter of water.) Stir the inside of the pot or shake it so that the water does not spill out. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 hours, then pour into a glass with ice and drink.

How to make chagayu
Put 2,800ml of water in a large pot, bring to a boil, put 10g of this product in a tea bag and pour it out, and add a little salt. Add 1 cup of washed rice and cook over high heat for 17 to 18 minutes, taking care not to boil over. When it comes to a boil, remove the scum, and the smooth tea porridge is ready.
