Hello, this is Takaoka from Ochano Sato (Ujicha-en).
Our shop, "Ujicha-en," was recently featured on "Ichiba PROUD RADIO," a YouTube channel that deeply explores the markets of Kobe!
The reporter, Mika-chan, dropped by while strolling through the Ninomiya Market, and she interviewed us with astonishing detail, covering everything from our historic "tea boxes" to our commitment to "nitrogen filling" to preserve freshness.
In the video, our proud "Green Tea (Usucha-to)" was highly praised, with comments like, "It's always in my house during the summer!" and "It's amazing when added to soy milk!" (Thank you, Mika-chan!)
Furthermore, for "Matcha," a wonderful way to enjoy it was introduced that even tea shops might envy: "It's incredibly delicious when poured over vanilla ice cream!"
The video also prominently features our 73-year-old shelves that have been in use since our founding, as well as the atmosphere of our shop, so please check it out.
