Hello, I'm Takaoka, the manager of Ochanosato, a shop dedicated to delicious tea.
Are you familiar with the "Smart Life Project"?
The Smart Life Project is a national movement for healthy lifestyle habits promoted by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, primarily aimed at preventing lifestyle-related diseases to extend everyone's healthy life expectancy.
Ochanosato (operated by Ujichaen) has joined this "Smart Life Project."
With the slogan "Extend Healthy Life Expectancy," our store will also call for concrete actions in "exercise," "diet," and "smoking cessation."

Apparently, a state where mobility functions such as "standing" and "walking" have declined is called locomo (locomotive syndrome).
To prevent this locomo, it is said to be important to acquire a habit of daily exercise from a young age to extend one's healthy life expectancy.
How many seconds can you hold the pose shown above?
My limit was 10 seconds (+_+)
